Lord Aromas Basin
Lord Aromas Basin is the Lord of House Basin and ruler of Grimwatch which is the capital of the Gravemire region. Lord Basin's great grandfather fought in the Great Dragonwar and was a very close friend and an ally of King Raxus Demaran the last King of Demara. Lord Basin has kept the peace within his city of Grimwatch and tries to keep Raznia out of most of his matters but doesn't ruffle any feathers for the sake of his people. Since the lizardman tribes have allied with House Raznia Lord Basin can do little when they raid the occasional village in Gravemire less he invokes the wrath of the Dragonguard stationed at their outpost in the Gravemire. His father bent the knee to Queen Raznia after the end of the Great Dragonwar and he had to pledge his loyalty to the Duke of Demara. Lord Aromas has a very fragile relationship with Nightfall and its current Lord Alessandro of House Black and is continually being pressed to have his daughter wed Alessandro for the peace and security of his people.
