Millennium Station

Millennium Station is the unofficial central hub of the galaxy. It is located on the border of the 4 main factions and considered neutral territory by all. Most great missions have started and ended here. At 12 kilometers across it is the largest and most populated station in known space. It hosts delegations from all known species, treaties of star shattering importance have been negotiated here, wars have been fought around it, the richest and the poorest live there and here is where your journey starts.   The station is home to eight million beings, and includes wards for every known type of breathable atmosphere. Anything can be bought or sold there, if you know where to look. They have their own police force as well as a small military patrolling the space outside the station.
