Quest: Taking care of Iznek

In Wallaki, at Blue Water Inn, the party learns that there is a man, underling to Vargas Wallakovich the baronmeister of Wallaki that is torturing people in the name of the law. He should be dealt with, or at least he seems to be abusing his lawful powers to the extremes. Seemingly Vargas Wallakovich is aware, and might be in on it, as he is also very paranoid about everything lately. The name of this individual is Iznek Strani, he lives close to the city walls, and he has a burn mark on one side of his face, he is a big guy and has a red arm.
