Ghostwise Halflings

Ghostwise Halflings are a strange breed of smallfolk from islands far from the First Island. They were first found in the Hot Rock Islands but have since been found to live on a variety of small southeastern islands, some of which were thought to be uninhabited. Ghostwise halflings are unlike their cousins as they are distrust worthy of outsiders and can be very warlike.
