Half-elf

Half-elves are born from diluted elven blood, typically a human and elf or half-elf union. Half-elves usually live in human cultures but some do continue to live among elves - the difference in lifespan makes living in elven societies difficult though. While there are half-elves that are born between elves and non-humans these occurrences are rare.
