Scientific Muses

The six sons of Aven via various affairs with powerful mortals, fey, and other beings. While the Muses may be near-immortal they are not considered gods but demi-gods The sciences that these demi-gods inspire is revolutionary and most artificers and inventors will give them their due. These demi-gods are usually isolated in their work from each other but they have come together to create the University as a center for the instruction and perfection of mortals in their disciplines.
