Werra Sisenna-Nasica

Werra Sisenna-Nasica grew up in the City of Thomaid as the daughter of one of the noble families in the city. Like many of the women in the family before her, she entered the world of diplomacy.
Werra grew up in a world that had known war for centuries at this point as the First unification war entered into its fourth century when Werra began her career in the world of politics, but while the armies of Pearlhal where pushing back the allied forces of the Alliance of City-states both sides where getting to the point where the need for peace where getting more and more apparent to both sides but at this point, both sides diplomates had tried but had so far not been able to reach an agreement.
Seeing this, Werra made it her goal in her diplomatic career that she would finally get the two sides to the negotiation table.
Using her family connections to gain a place in the diplomatic corp of the Kingdom of Dercia and after some manoeuvring and successful small negotiations, like getting a city to surrender without a fight, Werra was granted a change to negotiate a peace settlement finally and after a week of negotiating back and forth, both sides agreed to peace, both sides would keep the borders as they currently were. All prisoners of war would be returned within a year of the signing.
In the following years, Werra spent her time trying to stabilize the new Kingdom of Dercia and get the conquered territories to become more integrated with Pearlhal. Even when the war broke out again in what would become the Second unification war, Werra still counted her role in stopping the first one and giving the civilian population a break from war among her greatest achievements.
