Journal Entry #10 - The Journal of the DM 4717-12-14

General Summary

After accepting the job of escorting weapons on behalf of notable merchant Agrellus Kisk the party takes the remainder of the day to rest and resupply prior to heading out the next morning. Ali:
As your party leaves to spend the rest of the day in the city. Asha Nuraln pulls you aside and asks you to come with her. She calmly states her case as to why your people returning to the world would be a valuable asset to the civil war happening in Kasr . You two spend minutes debating why your people or at least your core generals could possibly sway the war. In the end you agree to travel with Asha to find the rest of your people. The two of you leave the tower a few minutes later amid gasps and shrieks from the students walking the grounds. They watch the two of you head north and then lose you amid the clouds.
Koa:
Left the group to seek out someone within the building to enchant her normal leather armor On the third floor of the tower she found Kyme (sounds like kimmy) a young trollkin Enchanter from the swamps of Malfegrim. She agreed to make Koa’s armor “better” before Koa left to head off into the city. Koa traveled to the Petal district and was stopped at the gate. She was barred entry until a fellow country man a Moava of House Thrune vouched for the legitimacy of her signet ring marking her as a member of House Belvoir . She was escorted in to the Petal district by Moava. While traveling through the district she received a communication from Hadarai explaining that he was bringing a few clerics by the guild to meet with the other new gods. She politely dismissed herself from Moava’s company and headed back to the Arcanamirium. Flaik:
After the party disbands Flaik heads home to visit with his family. Attempting to show his parents how successful his adventures had been up to this point he takes them to The Grand Dance Hall of Kortos The meal became heated and awkward between Flaik and his father. Their dinner was interrupted by Hadarai wanting Flaik to meet Clerics that he had spoken with over within the Ascendant Court. H e initially declines, but is then contacted by Koa. She explains that it would be best if they delt with these clerics interest in the new Gods. Fliak leaves the dinner with his parents and headed back towards the guild hall. Hadarai:
Inquiring about clerics who might be able to cast the spell sleep he is directed to the Ascendant Court. Within the Court, he was greeted by Cleric of the Life Domain Destrian deGrey. After talking for awhile he informed him that he and his party members are in fact the rebirthed, reincarnated Gods of old. He demonstrated his ability to command the dream creatures that he uses with his abilities. Destrian informed other clerics that new prayers had been discovered that coincided with their chosen domains. Hadarai invited Destrian and two other clerics back to the Arcanamirium to meet with the other members of his party. The clerics brought along 4 acolytes who had yet to choose a particular domain, it is possible that they would want to learn these new sleep oriented prayers that he has spoken of. Rita:
After the next job was accepted and you all had heard that you wouldn’t be leaving till the morning you left the group and headed as far away from them as you could get. Purchasing a room within the Crimson Coin form the proprietor Torman Iates former fighter of some sort due to the look of him. The room was secured by a warding system that seemed to fail every now and again. You decided to get a meal over at The Irorium and perhaps bet on the bouts to see what sort of fortune you can influence for yourself.
