Session notes # 11

General Summary

World Time: Anael (Sun) 5th Venser (Autumncrest) Year 4717   With their new companion, Philip the remaining members of the party chose to head in the direction that Philip came from and use him as a guide for the sections of the Dread hold that he is familiar with. The first room they enter after meeting Philip has the scent of decaying plants hanging over an underground garden. White vines, trembling as if touched by an unfelt breeze, twine around cracked pillars that glow with pale light. Between the pillars, ashen flowers, sickly gray shrubs, and giant mushrooms stand in dense groves around a couple of gravel paths. Many baskets full of plant matter are stacked on shelves carved into the walls near the doors.   As they made their way along the gravel path Philip told the party that there should have been small gnomish type creatures here that the Githyanki would torment but none could be seen at first. Out from teh shadows the small creatures attacked the party. The battle was long clearly their time in the Aether Void had twisted these gnomes into something other. In a last ditch attempt to slay the party a mass of these creatures rose up from the ground to attack Bill, Flaiks loyal companion fell during the final fight. They give Flaik the time he needs to fix Bill before moving on.

  1. Explore the Dread Hold and deal as much damage to the Ilithids as possible.
  2. Find Imbralym Skoond
  3. Learn how to access the Elder Brain Chamber, destroy it, and escape with Imbralyn.
