Session Notes # 19

As Koa's bolt flew and found purchase in the odd pinkish purple flesh of the eye monster one thing became clear negotiations where no longer an option.  The fight lasted for a full minute with many members of the group deciding the fall back to the safety of the chamber that they had just left not a minute before. With most of the group safely in the other chamber, this left Flaik and his construct companion Bill the, two companions prepared for the possibility of this being their last adventure when the main multiple eyed creature posed a deal.      
  Provide me the means to escape this area of the prison for my children and myself, and I will let you go free
     This offer was declined by the party, and the attacks continued much to the dismay of Flaik and Bil.  It was a hard six seconds before the question was posed again.

    This time the group and the creature came to an agreement that they would leave the glyph key on the stairs leading into the chamber beyond and they would head out of opposite entrance.  Privately Philip had created the image of the key as the group moved as fast as they could before his ruse could be discovered.   In the chamber beyond they group finds five bodies, by one of the bodies they find a tunnel that leads off to the North West.  The bodies where determined to be from members of a guild known as the Void Eagles; the group removed the guild insignias from the fallen members and a few of their more esoteric items.  It was about this time that the creature discovered Philips rouse.     Hastily inspecting the emblems for functionality it was determined that they had an emergency function to remove the void eagles back to their ship.  After Flaik explained this feature both Jurgen and Philip pressed this function of the pin and headed off to the void ship of the Eagles.       The ship was searched as fast as two people could as the creatures now enraged at the slight began to close in on the party, when it was determined to have some measure of safety that was more than could be said on the other side of the badge, both Fliak and Koa transported over to the ship.       Now with time and a moment to breath the group discovered that the ship was connected to the prison via an air lock and leads into an area of the prison far away from their intended goal.  Now with a new base of operations the group takes this unexpected moment to  rest and formulate  a new plan.      
  At the end of this session the party is now level 11
