History
The Hidden World of Underverse's city was founded by Dolion Ralizsel. He wanted a more remote place acceptable for the inception of his vision for a populous city. A settlement that would serve the Red Dragon out of sight from those who serve the Bright One, house of the White Lion.
Points of interest
Underneath the Wither Tree is a huge statue of the Red Dragon which is the midpoint's central square of the city.
