Sojourner
Wanna-be Sojourners
Those that want to be Sojourners, but do not know how to become one - or even believe it to be possible. They dress up like one: main article of clothing in the colour red, but sometimes lacking on other like-colours: purple and blue. True Sojourners can discern this by simply inspecting their clothing for any rips, tears or looking for the three colours.
Perception
Purpose
Upon heeding the Call and going through the Mirror Gate does one become a Sojourner. Their former attire becomes something new and will never tear or fade with time (self repair), like normal clothing of the world would. This is protect the wearer from having to buy new clothes that would perish on their venture to find the Radiant King's Armour, aka Spirit Armour.
Social Status
People become aware of who they are once they notice their clothes don't act like normal, but this doesn't necessarily give them any special status. Some may view them as hostiles while other regard them with warm welcome.
History
Prophets
In the Days of Eld there were only prophets raised up from either the White Lion or the Red Dragon. However, this sparked the fulfillment of those days to bring about Sojourners of either faction.

Legality
Everyone who ventures away from the safety of the Mother Trees must become a Legacy from the Law of Legacy (a type of Bounty Hunter). Once they pass a physical exam, they obtain a pin or a badge.
