Madness Insight
A 'blessing' from a multidimensional being that shows the person a small window into higher dimensions. Three-dimensional people can't entirely handle it, and it drives them slightly mad. It can occasionally provide insight into another person, however.
Effect
Once per long rest you may choose to reroll a Charisma check or skill. If you still fail this check, you have Disadvantage on all Charisma checks until your next long rest.
