Fire Works
Also known as "Fire Rain", this spell shoots out fireworks from the source it was casted from.
Effect
Fireworks shoot out from the source of the item that casted it, but in lieu of it going out in the air, it rains down, setting fire to whatever it can hit that's flammable.
Manifestation
It looks like regular fireworks, the colour depending on how hot the fire is.
Source
It comes from part inherent magical abilities, but also the help of a wand.
Effect Casting Time
Casting the spell takes up to 30 seconds.
Range
It can reach up to 80 feet in the air, with a circumference of 148' by the time it reaches to the ground.
Level
To preform the spell you need to be well-versed in casting fire spells. Not as high as advanced, professional wizards, but certainly not a layman's spell.
Applied Restriction
Legality wise, the spell is illegal all over the world due to the damage it can cause, and because of their terrorist connections. Even the weaker form of the spell that's as dangerous as regular fireworks is still illegal.
Physical restrictions wise, it can't be casted when in cold environments (where the temperature is 32°F and under), underwater, or in rain.
