Effect
Puts someone to sleep.
Side/Secondary Effects
Can cause nausea when waking up. Half of the face turns purple and a blue moon appears on the person’s forehead when put under. If botched, the person may not fully fall asleep, or will only sleep for a shorter amount of time.
Manifestation
A sparkly purple potion that the user must use to draw a circle around all of the person’s eyes. Shapes with too harsh of a bump can weaken the effects.

Mostly comes down to how well the potion was created, but the user’s own magical abilities helps enhances the power.
Discovery
It was discovered by a young potion brewer who was looking for various methods to help deal with the vampires invading her village at the time.
Gestures & Ritual
The user must draw a circle around all of the person’s eyes. Those with higher will power will make it physically challenging to complete the spell, so binding the person is necessary.

Applied Restriction
Can’t fully be casted on oneself because of magical limitations. More often than not people will fall asleep before the circles can be completed, and may cause injury if the user isn’t careful.
Legally, it’s restricted to medicinal use as it was abused during the Vampire War both as a drug and a tool for kidnapping.
