Mirthville
Ronald Rooster KA-KAAAAAWED far off in distance, signaling the start of a new day. Daisy Dancer sighed and slid out of bed, stretching luxuriously and staring out of her window as the orange sun peeked over the horizon, its light illuminating the oil-painted landscape of green hilltops off in the distance, as well the cream-white buildings of downtown Mirthville just down the lane. "Gosh, what a morning!" Daisy remarked.
Geography
Mirthville sure is pretty! Surrounding the city are rollin' green hills with lush green grass perfect for hoppin' and skippin' through, though they don't seem to actually lead anywhere; every path through them leads back to Mirthville for some reason. Which is a good thing, of course! You'd have to be kooky to want to leave this wonderful place!
Fauna & Flora
The flowers around Mirthville are the prettiest you'll ever see! Violets, petunias, rhododendrons, you name them, we've got 'em! Just don't try to pick 'em, they tend to get real irritated whenever you do that. You see animals everywhere, though they're mostly Toons that walk and talk and gesticulate the same as anyone else.
Natural Resources
Most resources around here come from a single individual. For example, we get our milk from Betty Bovine, though how she's able to produce 27,600,000 gallons of milk annually from just four little udders is beyond me. Buster Baker from downtown bakes the city's bread, obviously, while Billy Butcher sells all the town's meat, you get the idea. Why all these people's names start and end with B must be a coincidence or somethin'. Also, where does Billy Butcher get his meat? There's no slaughterhouse anywhere around here, plus all the animals I know are sentient Toons. Sure is strange. I wonder if it has anything to do with why him and Betty Bovine ain't on speakin' terms no more. Ah, whatever, I'm probably over-thinkin' it.
