Toons

Toby Tomcat grumbled as he watched that slick sucker Handsome Harold sweep the dame off her feet, out of the path of the piano that would have struck her square in her pretty noggin. He'd never been one for humans, something about them just rubbed him the wrong way. Maybe it was the vague unease in their eyes that some of them displayed around his kind, or maybe it was their frustratingly rigid antics. Many of them were squares; in Handsome Harold's case that was very nearly true in a literal sense. How he was able to hold up that big hunk of a body on top of those stumpy little legs was a mystery. Toby crouched down, squeezing his head almost all the way down to his waist, and vaulted off the edge of the building onto the next one, down towards the old Funtoon studio. He'd use what he'd found there to show those good-for-nothing humans a real lesson.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Toons can be most any shape imaginable, though the majority of them take the form of anthropomorphic animals. As animated beings, their bodies are malleable to a certain degree, not to mention nearly indestructible. Their skin is kinda like rubber, it'll bend and stretch, but it'll never break. On the rare occasions that they lose a body part, they can just re-attach it like nothin' ever happened.

Genetics and Reproduction

Oh no, no way pal, we're not goin' there. Absolutely not! What kind of crazy lunatic would want to see Toons engaged in the act of reproducing? That's sickening! The fact that there are people out there who want to see Toons engaged in carnal activities makes me want to swan-dive into the nearest active volcano!

Growth Rate & Stages

Toons aren't like humans. Once they're created, they more or less stay the same throughout their whole lives. Toons used to come out of the Funtoon studio on the daily, but ever since it went dark there haven't been any new Toons. Which is fine by me. Truth be told Mirthville was startin' to get a tad crowded.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Toons more or less eat the same food humans do. This can get a little awkward at times though, like that time Betty Bovine ate a whole hamburger and only realized what she had done after the fact. Telling her that the odds of her being related to the burger's contents didn't calm her down, in fact it had the opposite effect.
