Talos
Talos is one of the larger Eskan cities on the coast, due in equal parts to its successful port and its extensive academy.
Seer's Spire
The central feature of Talos is a massive marble spire, built into the steep cliff face that the city encircles. It houses one of the largest libraries in Eska and includes a bardic college, wizarding academy, and a small sect of the priesthood dedicated to Arenar.School of the Sage
A joint wizarding academy and bardic college within Seer's Spire. Its graduates are well respected by other mages, even those from the Spires of Morning. Wizards from this school focus primarily in the conjuration, divination, and transmutation schools. Bards are often students of the Colleges of Lore or Creation.Demographics
The majority of Talos' citizens are human, as is most of the Eskan Empire. However, its position as an active port and place of learning mean that many foreign races can be found in the city as well. In particular, there are neighbourhoods around the port that are home to quite a few sea elves and half-elves.
In addition, the city has a higher number of Gemforged than other Eskan cities.
