Plate 1
This plate details Icken's brewing and fermentation process plus sources of ingredients for these products. Also covered are his techniques for growing barley and extracting a special yeast and spices from a collection specially grown subterranean Fungi.
He also mentions the purchase of mechanical snakes from the City of Kiraz, which are used as cleaners for his elaborate series of pipes in his brewing apparatus.
Plate 2
Covers the discovery that the bane of all the Dwarven miners and explorers, the Ungor Guzzen (the Cave Fisher), has flammable blue blood that is used to fortify alcohol.
Plate 3
Describes in detail the recipes and process from brewing his various specialty Beers some using Cave Fisher blood.
These include Haumager's Black Grog and Haumager's Bitter Grumbak for his human customers and Haumager's Blue Grizdal for his Dwarfs. He also discusses making an exceptionally concentrated brew, toxic to even to most dwarves, for his friend the Giant Noron.
Most weak bellied Human and Elves can't take a full dose, unlike the far superior, more robust Khuzan palate.

Plate 4
On this plate, he discusses the other uses for Cave Fisher parts.
These insects are of great use, can be used for all sorts of things. Glue, Paint Thinner, Rope, Throwing Spikes, Preservative and Armor..... making a special suit for a friend.

Plate 5
This plate instructs how to craft Chitin Throwing Wedges from the Cave Fisher pincers. Icken details techniques to make them exceptionally sharp but comments that they are fragile and will easily blunt after contact with hard materials.
Chitin Throwing Wedges
Category: Simple Thrown Weapon
Damage: 1d4
Damage Type: Slashing
Properties: Finesse, Light, Sharpened, and Brittle
Range: 30/60
Weight: 0.5lbs
Sharpened and Brittle:
Acts as a +3 to hit and damage weapon, scoring a critical on an attack roll of 19+. This weapon is brittle 1 in 8 chance per attack that the weapon will be damaged, reducing the to hit and damage bonus by 1pt. When reduced to a +0 weapon, the weapon will critical on an attack roll of 20.
The plate also covers the investigation into other weapons but concludes that the Chitin is too brittle for long term melee combat. However, there is mention that the Chitin can be magically hardened but does not go into detail how.
Plate 6
This plate is a travel log, describing the places Icken visited though the Godstone at Temular. He lists frequent visits to the Dwarven cities of Kiraz, Azadmere, and Harhakiem. Enigmatically he mentions a site of Gog-Ralla the doorway to the Crystal Caverns. From here, he says are the most substantial breeding grounds of the cave Fisher and the best Fungi.
Plate 7
This plate details the Alchemical Formula to create Haumager's Oil which on exposure to air, catches fire with a blue flame.
Haumager's Oil
This Oil functions as Alchemist fire but does d6 Fire damage, and the Dexterity DC Check to extinguish the fire is 12.
It also covers basic recipes for making glue, preserving fluids, and paint thinner.
On the back of this plate is a hastily inscribed note, stained with a black smear, which could be blood.
The trolls came at night, gutted me.
Be dead soon, can't stop the bleeding.
Those rubbery bastards were more interested in the Booze. More fool them, they can't take the booze, weaker than the fairies, they got so drunk they passed out.
Threw them into the vats, hope they drown in it.
Pickled Troll, my greatness and last creation........
