Herbal Potion Side Effects
Herbal Potions like real-world medications and drugs can have nasty side effects. Using an expired herbal potion, mixing herbal potions or taking a herbal potion while under the influence of another can be problematic. Roll on the following table if applicable.

01 – 24 Mild allergic reaction or feeling of ill, but other wise the potion functions as expected.
25 – 27 Some hair loss (Hair will grow back).
28 – 30 Skin rash. Disadvantage on Persuasion based checks for 3d10 hours.
31 – 34 Muscle ache d6 damage.
35 – 40 Headache. Disadvantage on Wisdom and Intelligence Checks for 4d6 hours.
41 – 49 Nausea and 1 level of Exhaustion for 4d6 hours.
50 – 56 Migraine, as Nausea, plus d4 Psychic damage.
57 – 60 Reduce Strength by 1d3 for 2d10 hours.
61 – 63 Reduce Constitution by 1d3 for 2d10 hours.
64 – 67 Reduce Dexterity by 1d3 for 2d10 hours.
68 – 70 Potion functions but at half duration.
71 Potion functions with double duration. Roll again for a side effect.
72 Organ damage. Body ages d4-1 years.
73 – 80 Poison Condition for 1 hour.
81 – 83 d4 Poison damage and Poison Condition for 1d4 hour.
84 – 86 d6 Poison damage and Poison Condition for 1d6 hour.
87 – 88 d8Poison damage and Poison Condition for 1d8 hour.
89 Poison d8 damage and Poison Condition for 24 hours.
90 – 00 Roll twice again.
