The last remnant of the Elven kingdom that once covered all of the Island of Hârn. Over 14 centuries ago, unable repel a series of human barbarian invasions (know as the Antai Wars) the Elves renounced any claim to Hârnic sovereignty and withdrew to the Shava Forest.

The Kingdom of Evael is now more of a sanctuary for Hârn’s 5,000 Elves than a kingdom in the human sense.
