Burt Beeg

Burt Beeg is a resident of Gardener's Row and the owner of Beeg's Bees. Beeg is a jovial, upbeeat dwarf who never misses the chance to make someone smile. He's extremely passionate about bees, which would typically be a turnoff for most people, but he's able to speak about them in such a way that his enthusiasm spreads to everyone who listens. This ability has also made him a very successful salesman; after hearing about the wonders of honey from the world's most wholesome beekeeper, wouldn't you want to buy some?
Burt Beeg, like most residents of Mythrite, found his way to the town in search of new opportunities. Ironically, he did not come with the intention of going into beekeeping; he wanted to find a job as an accountant. However, after failing to find such a job, he took to the relatively underdeveloped agriculture segment of Mythrite to attempt to build a new life. After failing at many other fields, he eventually discovered beekeeping, as well as his true passion in life.
Despite his relative success, Burt Beeg is a humble man, with no real plans to grow his business beyond a reliable, steady income. He enjoys time with family and friends and loves a good feast. He's well-liked around Mythrite for being an all-around pleasant guy, but may be a bit gullible. Regardless, Mythrite is a more beeautiful place with him around, and he plans to keep it that way for the near future.
