Kiria Sel

Kiria Sel is an elf in her mid twenties. Having grown up on the streets, she doesn't trust many people. She comes across as very charming, but will double cross someone on a dime without a second thought. Kiria's parents died when she was just an infant, and she was left with her aunt. Growing up poor, she quickly picked up a talent for pickpocketing. When she was sixteen, her aunt fell ill and Kiria realized she needed to find a more reliable way to make money. After searching for a while, she managed to get a job at a small spice shop. Here she learned that she had a natural talent for sales. Her charm that she had cultivated conning people went to good use in sales, and she soon got a job offer from a slightly higher-end establishment. She started making enough money to pay both for her aunt's medicine, and for the rent on their small, crappy apartment. However, when her aunt's illness unexpectedly worsened, she had to make a choice. If she paid for her aunt to stay somewhere she could be taken care of, she couldn't afford the apartment anymore. But if she didn't her aunt would die. Kiria ended up bringing her aunt to a hospital, and sold most of her possessions to get a room at a hostel. She stayed there for a few months, until one day her aunt suddenly passed. With nothing connecting her to her town anymore, she struck out on her own. After quitting her job, she decided to take what she had and move to Mythrite, and open up her own store.
