Notta Elyes

Notta Elyes is the elusive owner of Elyes Icehouse and, supposedly, a member of Mythrite's upper echelon. It is hard to know for sure, as so little is known about them. There is a seemingly abandoned mansion that is thought to be theirs, and in the early hours of the morning, a dark figure can be seen loitering around the icehouses, accompanied by mysterious splashing noises. This is thought to be the infamous Elyes delivering instructions to their employees for the next day, but these rumors are unconfirmed.
Notta Elyes is believed to have taken up residence in Mythrite around the same time as Elyes Icehouse was built. This timeframe coincides with the appearance of the dark figure in the area. They seem to possess a large amount of wealth, as the business itself is run rather strangely; employees are paid unusually large sums of money and new amenities are constantly being added to the Icehouse, though whether or not this benefits the business is uncertain.
Should Notta Elyes be a real person, of which the residents of Mythrite are unconvinced, they are certainly a recluse, with no known family or friends. They are also rather eccentric and hard to understand, at least with regards to the current knowledge surrounding them. Surely, they must have a fair amount of influence on the workings of Mythrite, but what, exactly, they are capable of is unknown.
