Sigil of Preservation

Keep, slow, steady. Whilst Sigils can be used by anyone with the capabilities, Preservation is specially noted for being used by engineering students.

Effect

Knowledge of how long something would last if it was left alone. Can also help  preserve as well with it's metaphysical qualities.

Side/Secondary Effects

Like with all Sigils constant overuse could result in death or turning into something foul as each use drains the user's own life force.

Manifestation

The engraved item of focus, an Anchor, illuminates as the targeted area reflects the Sigil. It's for a brief moment before the effects take place.

Source

The source of power, like with all Sigils, are with a person's will, stamina, and soul.

Discovery

It was through the Founding 8 that this Sigil was discovered.

Material Components

An Anchor: An item that the user has attuned to and engraved their chosen Sigil on.

Gestures & Ritual

The most basic of mastery requires chanting in order to activate the Sigil, however this is no longer a requirement the more advanced a user:
 Power, 
 Peace, 
 Force, 
 Presence, 
 Preservation!

Effect Duration

Until broken by the user or until fatigue hits.

Effect Casting Time

Until chant ends, or, depending on the level of the user, instantaneous.

Range

Physical and metaphysical world. Rarely touching the conscious and subconscious.

Applied Restriction

Energy of the user.
Can only be manifested through the use of an Anchor.
Attunement can be broken beyond repair.
