The High Court

Purpose / Function

The High Court exists solely to judge the newly dead or those who preform deeds so altering that their repercussions could cause major upheaval in the multiverse as it stands. Used to be nothing more then an observatory used by Arakania.

Alterations

The High Court has been completely renovated and altered due to its change of purpose. Ventus has converted the entirety of the demi-plane to a massive court room complete with quarters for lawyers and the accused.

Defenses

Exists on in a demi plane located in the Outer Plane of Mechanus. Its location is constantly moving and shifting.
