Ganondorf
Ganondorf Dragmire
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Ganondorf was said to be a tall and physically imposing man, strongly built and much larger than the average Hylian of the era.
Special abilities
Ganondorf was called a warlock, although it's likely that his magical powers came directly from the demonic energies within himself. He could also supposedly transform into a hulking, bestial form, although like most of his battle with the Hero of Time, this is historically unverified.

Personal history
Ganondorf was born to an unknown mother among the Gerudo during the Era of Time, approximately 30 to 40 years prior to his takeover of Hyrule. He was taken in by the Twinrova witches Koume and Kotake, who recognized him as an incarnation of the Demise's hatred and hoped to tap into his demonic power for their own ends. They gave him the name "Ganondorf," combining the Hylian word for the Demise's demonic incarnations, Ganon, with the Gerudo suffix for male names, -dorf. The two then perpetuated the idea that Gerudo males were destined to become king, a misconception many Hyruleans still assume.
After being crowned King of the Gerudo, Ganondorf became fixated on conquering the land of Hyrule, orchestrating an attack that resulted in the death of the King of Hyrule and in Princess Zelda fleeing and going into hiding for seven years. After those seven years, the Hero of Time emerged and fought Ganondorf. At this point, the events become muddied, with different ancient historical sources pointing to different outcomes. Some allege that the Hero of Time was killed in his efforts, others say that he prevailed and slew Ganondorf on that day. Almost all sources claim that Ganondorf was then sealed away or executed by Princess Zelda and the Seven Sages.
Other unverified times when Hyrule was terrorized by figures who either were or claimed to be Ganondorf are on record. It is likely that these figures were Ganon and incarnations of the Demise, but whether they were the specific historical figure Ganondorf remains unclear. Despite many of these events being more recent than the Era of Time, records from that earlier period remain the clearest in terms of Hyrule's ancient history.
The entity Calamity Ganon who nearly destroyed Hyrule over five hundred years ago is widely accepted not to have been Ganondorf.

Intellectual Characteristics
According to Sage Nabooru, Ganondorf was "clever" as a younger man, and had an excellent aptitude for battle strategies. However, as the demonic spirit within him emerged, his obsession with conquering Hyrule began to supersede his intelligence, and he became increasingly rash and reckless as time went on. Sage Nabooru claimed that he bordered on delusional in his later years.
Personality Characteristics
Motivation
In his youth, Ganondorf was known by the Sage of Spirit Nabooru, and information about his personal life and character prior to his attack on Hyrule comes from her recollection, as recorded by Princess Zelda of the Era of Time. Sage Nabooru alleged that although he had always been ambitious, magically gifted, and a strong warrior, the demonic qualities and vicious personality he exhibited later in life were not present until after he was named King of the Gerudo in his mid-twenties. After this point, he became fixated on conquering Hyrule, something which was later understood to have been motivated by the Demise's desire to destroy the land of Hylia.
Social
Family Ties
Ganondorf was raised by the Twinrova sisters Koume and Kotake and referred to them as his mothers. His biological mother was an unknown Gerudo woman, and his father was an unknown, presumably Hylian, man, as there were no other Gerudo males on record at the time.
Honorary & Occupational Titles
Ganondorf officially went by the title "King of the Gerudo," a title that had never been used before in Gerudo culture and was never used again. He went by many other unofficial titles, such as the Prince of Darkness, the King of Thieves, Mandrag Ganon, and the King of Evil.
