Tenets of Faith

Sheikah religion is separate from that of the rest of Hyrule as they do not involve the three Golden Goddesses in their worship. They are solely devoted to Hylia, and although they recognize the Golden Goddesses as powerful beings, the sentiment behind Sheikah religion is that the Golden Goddesses may have created the world and the Triforce, but it was Hylia who looked after the people and defended the Triforce, never abandoning them to the Demise.

Worship

The Sheikah hold a large mass in their village once a week, and it is incredibly rare for someone living in Kakariko not to attend. Sheikah also tend to do a lot of personal worship, often meditating on Hylia before and after sleep or dropping in to visit the temple a few times a week. Even young children willingly take part in these practices, and personal rituals are especially important to Sheikah living and working outside of Kakariko.
