Structure

The Overock Family functions much as its subsidiary the Overock Trading Company. With the head of the family both acting as the head of familial and business obligations, your place within the family and the company depend less on who you are related to and more about how capable you are at the jobs assigned to you.

Culture

The Overock family is a Company Family through and through. Adoption is not uncommon, and the frequency with which new members of the clan are inducted would make other more sanguine families balk. Being an Overock means that you are charged with keeping an eye on the business at all times, and also keeping an eye out for new business.
