The Whispered Sisters of the Cove

It is said that to the far west of Bachadinn there rests a cove atop a cliffside. Within it were born five daughters from the shadows themselves, raised by a creature not of strength, but of mind. He taught them how to survive, hunt, fight, and kill. They did his bidding, a voice from a world long forgotten. He could no longer affect the world of Moira, but now his daughters could. Their final test was one of sacrifice and trust. In order to test their steel, they had to throw themselves from the top of the cliff itself, their master promising to raise them. Each did so, in turn, without hesitation. In turn, he had weapons and armor fashioned for them by an Arcane Forge, and after nearly a year, returned them to the world. They now walked as beings between life and death, their souls removed, replaced by cold voids. They were now truly fearless, save only for their masters anger. They scatter across the world, doing his bidding from the shadows. This story is used mostly as a haunting fairy tale, with parents often saying “Be good, or a Whispered Sister will come for you at night.”
