Rocks glass

2 oz Rum

1 oz Lime juice

SHAKE WITH ICE

strain into bottom of empty glass

Top with Seasonal Beer (Minuteman or Oktoberfest)

named after Captain John Parker, a famous Minuteman who stood against 700 British Redcoats with only 77 men

Collins glass

2 oz Rum or Whiskey

pour over full glass of ice

Fill with Hard Cider

easy to make and refreshing, it was a popular drink among early colonials

Colonel Rickey


Collins glass

2 oz Gin

1/2 oz Lime juice

Place ingredients in shaker with full Collins glass of ice, but DO NOT shake, place mixing spoon in shaker using a cocktail strainer as a lid, mix for 30 seconds and pour all contents into glass

strain over fresh ice

Top with Soda Water

South Street Lemonade


Collins glass

2 oz American Whiskey

1 oz Sweet and Sour Mix

Place ingredients in shaker with full Collins glass of ice, but DO NOT shake, place mixing spoon in shaker using a cocktail strainer as a lid, mix for 30 seconds and pour all contents into glass

Fill nearly to brim with Sprite

Top with splash of lemon juice

Small Town Spritzer


Collins glass

1 and 1/2 oz Vodka

1 and 1/2 oz Rose

Splash of Lemon Juice

Place ingredients in shaker with full Collins glass of ice, but DO NOT shake, place mixing spoon in shaker using a cocktail strainer as a lid, mix for 30 seconds and pour all contents into glass

Top with Tonic Water

2 oz Vodka

2 oz Chocolate Expresso Cold Brew

1 oz Coffee Syrup

2 Coffee Creamers

SHAKE WITH ICE

Use Chocolate Syrup to draw a line around the rim of a dry rocks glass unevenly so that drips form and run down the inside of the glass

Strain into center of glass


Early Bird

1 oz Vodka

2 oz Coffee Liqueur

2 oz Cold Brew Expresso

1 oz Creamer (caramel works well)

SHAKE WITH ICE

strain into empty glass

High Noon Drifter


Collins glass

2 oz Malt Whiskey

1 oz Triple Sec

Place ingredients in shaker with full Collins glass of ice, but DO NOT shake, place mixing spoon in shaker using a cocktail strainer as a lid, mix for 30 seconds and pour all contents into glass

strain over fresh ice

Top with Baby Billy, Billy Haze, or Big Billy

After Dark

2 oz Rye Whiskey

1 oz Chocolate Syrup

1 oz Ice Cream Mix

SHAKE WITH ICE
