Vincinius
A naval crew member who was working on the Oleander ship, the Liberation, which was overtaken and seized by Jorrunde and the party as they approached Paraetonium on Ilfor. Once the lead crew were killed, Vincinius, along with most of the rest of the crew, surrendered. As Jorrunde pressed them to work the galleon under her captainhood, Vincinius volunteered to go with the party who were heading to the city to act as a guide. Although the party were initially suspicious of Vincinius, he stated that since he was not a citizen, he had few rights and therefore had no loyalty to the Oleander Throne. He assisted the party in finding a place to stay, as well as directing the party to find Jim Gallows, a local crimelord in Paraetonium.
