Fi'Ohnn'Mauhc'Va'Orrah (a.k.a. River of Knowledge, Lucky)

A strange being that resides within Ela's Crystal Skull. It houses its spirit, and it does not speak. But when it communicates all understand it.
It was unleashed beneath the city hall in Three Point River. After the Altar to the Demon of Decay was destroyed, Ela Stonetell offered herself to the being instead. Using a Piece of Doom, she was able to pay the blood toll without harming herself.
She offered the being her arm, and in exchange it consumed her bad arm, giving Ela a new chance at life. After the party left, it remained beneath the city, it's whereabouts unknown.
