The Harpe of Ceremony is a magical item used by the Shadowed Heart. It is an artifact that commands a level of prestige, and when used by a believer in Wel'Vorgot, comes with a variety of powers.
The hilt is a solid gold handle with red lacing and runic symbols. There is no cross guard. The blade is a curving blade, not unlike a khopesh, and is also golden with red runes along the sides.

The item functions differently if wielded by a follower of Wel'Vorgot, or a follower of the Demon of Madness.
If wielded by someone who is neither, it is merely a magic knife.
This item is cursed, and once attuned, it cannot be unattuned without a Remove Curse Spell.

Significance

It is used in ceremony for the Shadowed Heart. It is designed with Wel'Vorgot in mind.
