Boo! As an action, you can speak the tattoo’s command word to cause the tattoo to enshroud you, disguising you as a nightmarish, inky entity. Each creature within 30 feet of you that can see you must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, a creature is frightened of you for 1 minute. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature chooses to repeat this saving throw and fails, it takes 2d6 psychic damage and the duration of its frightened condition resets to 1 minute. Once a creature has succeeded on the saving throw, it is immune to this property for the next 24 hours. Once used, this property of the tattoo can’t be used again until the next dawn.
