Grand General Maxen Carrow

Grand General Maxen Carrow, also known by his moniker "The Butcher," was one of the primary commanders of the great Ustalian army during the Autumn War. He led the now infamous "Hellfire March" through central Wesier. He is presumed to have died during the Burning of Kalidan.
