Talis the White

A cultist leader passed up for promotion. Talis attempts to make a deal with the party to ruin Rezmir's plans and put herself in a position of power. She asks the party to kill an innocent to prove their commitment to the deal and is captured. Minutes later she tries to escape and is killed by Rhumor.
