Argentomo Tree

A magical tree with divine descent from Oboros, God of Black magic. The Black God had quarrel with the Daineni the Goddess of White Magic which nearly destroyed they sacred garden of Halris the Goddess of Life. As recompense, Halris asked that each god add something to the garden to make up for that they destroyed. Oboros decided to bear a child with a maple tree that was damaged in their battle. This first seed was planted and thus the first Argentomo tree was born. The original Argentomo tree is still alive in Higarden.   The tree has white bark, red sap and 5 pointed black star leaves. It produces silver flowers and fruits. Onyx is known to form at its roots. The Bark absorb magic, the leaves curse, and the sap destroys memory. The nectar of the flower is a tortuous poison and the flower itself amplifies dark thoughts. The fruit resembles a silver pear and it ages. The seeds are known as deathseeds which temporarily separate the soul from the body. Thus the tree is sought after by those with malicious goals.
