Founder

Napotia Sailon Eldest Duaghter of Everest Sailon and a Negias that specialized with wild, mind and sky magic. A skilled lancer and expierenced roc rider. Her steed and familar was a lightning demigod Roc that could liternally create storms with the flapping of its wings. Before the Assassination, Napotia acted as Everest's Right hand messenger and diplomat. She earned the title of "Storm Speaker " due iconic the storms her roc would create to annouce her arrival.

Current Status

After the fall of Avatiento influence in Morteron, the remaining forces fled to the Avatiento colonies on Cinderos. They maintain power on the southern islands of the continent

History

Napotia played a significant role in the assassination of Everest Sailon. She was key in convincing her siblings to join together. After the assassination she returned to her kingdom of Triton. She knew the ambitions of her eldest brother Alexandros Crusian in the south. Using her Diplomatic ties she reached out to her neighboring kingdoms. Their fear of the rising Crusain empire and Napotias persuasive abilities, she managed to unite kingdoms into an alliance to rival that of her brother’s.
This alliance was originally ruled by a council of representatives called the Convocation. While it did allow the alliance members to have a voice in hindered decision making with debate. The tensions came to a head after the raid of Vantium. The Indecision of the Convocation left the city of Vantium vulnerable to a raid form Crusian attack. It was only due to the direct interference of Napotia herself that the city did not fall. However, in the battle Napotia loss 3 of her children in the fight. She immediately returned to the Convocation followed by a raging storm. In was time to remind them of her power She slaughtered the members she deemed responsible for the indecision and magically compelled the remaining members to obedience. She ended the council and declared herself empress. With her direct leadership Avatiento become the force it need to resist and then repel the Crusian advance. Eventually truce ended direct war between the empires but the Convocation never returned.

Disbandment

As a whole Aviento Emperors were not known as tyrants or abusive of their power. However As they were initially formed as an alliance their hold on their allies were fairly weak. THe fall of their empire was more of a result of various other forces throughout their empire. Most agree it started with rebellions gaining traction in Crusian.
Fear of the Crusian expansion had served as a major uniting force among the kingdoms loyal to Aviento emperor. Thus the Crusian weakening empowered factions against Aviento rule. In the south Emily Arias was leading liberation for the whitelands. an area ravaged by war between the Crusian and Avatiento empires. Ceelina Ili was inspiring northern territories' push for independence with her Book "The Northern Gem". In the West, the newly united Westril Kingdom pushed to regain territory lost to the Sailon empires. The final nail in the coffin came from within.
Sara Uberon was the illegitimate child of on of wife of a Avatiento royal. She grew up in the court until the lord tried to blame her for a conspiracy. She fled in exile, but on her journey she became one of the witnesses of the 116th convergence. She would return to Triton with flare. She used her newfound power to reveal the truth of her step fathers conspiracy and gained favor with the Avatiento Emperor, Adolfo II. However she was not a true ally. Sara used her political savvy and intelligence to secretly sabotage the alliances of the emperor and gain popularity. She even orchestrated the Springia treaty that would give the north independence, and settled a border with Westrill and Whiteland. However as part of the treaty Sara was able to seized control as the New Queen of Springia and banished the emperor and his followers. They fled to the normal across the burn rise sea to settle on the southern islands of Cinderos
