Blaneharrow

House Blaneharrow hold lands in the borderlands between Coldmarch and Middlemarch. The Blaneharrow family are a rarity in that they escaped Elven slavery before the great journey for freedom, and instead slipped their bonds some time before, making their homes in the caves and crags of the Eastern mountains. The Blaneharrows were never trusted by the initial arrivals, and, though indisputably ancient, only recently became electors after Gnomish seats were vacated. The Blaneharrows are still shunned at court, though some seek them out for their knowledge of obscure and dark things. Their leader Marcus seldom visits court, though his daughter Isobel has become a divisive figure in Pax.
