Boldfoot

The Boldfeet (not Boldfoots) are a family of unusually broad and tall halflings (some are almost 3 ½ feet tall!). Tracing back their lineage to Reed Boldfoot who turned back a tribe of Orcs by defeating their Chief in single combat with a sound blow of his quarterstaff to the Orc’s head, the Boldfeet believe that in order to preserve the rural idyll that most halflings enjoy, some halflings have to venture abroad in the world. Whilst not particularly believing in titles or hierarchy, one Boldfoot is chosen each generation to be an Elector. The current Elector is Folbo Boldfoot who earned his name destroying a cursed amulet of the dark necromancer Thelen with his companion Rollo Boilym.
