Artificial Intelligence

An artificial intelligence is a computer entity which can mimic and exceed the intelligence of organic beings. Many species seek actively to create them, but just as many develop on accident. The computer systems of the Lawgiver form an entity which falls into the latter category. Humans are working toward something in the former category.
