The Books of Salem

while yes, exilus is not part of the multiverse, the character dynamics and storyline can still be told without it's inclusion. i chose to keep the original names out of respect for the source but i could easily replace the names of "Nochtis" "Dalia" and "Exilus" with something else. it wouldn't matter for the story. and if the writers of exilus wish for me to make that change i will.
the books of salem.   salem is the goddess of chaos, created by a couple of elder gods in the void. her creation was kept hidden from every devine entity including the protector and devine himself.   the books of salem are 14 magical books containing the birth and death of salem and the life she lived throughout her years. these books hold magical powers, it's said that only if you combine all the books the user is powerful enough to stop salem for good. as mentioned the books contain all knowledge of salem's life. they explain why she was made, to bring chaos. it wasn't until the Elder Dalia destroyed salem's body and put her soul to rest in a tree, that her carnage was over. however this tree sparked a culture, the church of salem, in which the leader Kasixna accidently took salem's soul. eventually Nochtis kisnapped Kasi as a part of his plan to take over the world of Exilus, but Hunter managed to free Kasi, and in return salem.   hunter and salem's dynamic is a rare one. Hunter's goal is to kill salem by collecting all of the books, but because Kasi and salem share a body, just like hunter does, they came to the conclusion that salem could be saved. hunter became the new god or order thanks to his intersting past with the church of salem.   it wasn't until hunter died that salem starting losing her sanity again. the 15th book explains everything that happened since she and hunter teamed up until his death. this new book is proof that salem's story is far from over.
