Parr Harton was the founder of the harbor town Parrs Harbor circa 896 NE.
History
Parr Harton was an explorer for the Country of Cahokia. In the year 887 NE, he was exploring the Fendu Bay, he was temporarily marooned in the harbor that he would later return to settle with his family, establishing a town in the year 896 NE. He and his descendants were awarded the position of Governor of Parrs Harbor, and other local settlements that would come along as the years progressed. Harton retired the position to his first born, Parr Harthen, in the year 904 NE, and died five years later in 909 NE at the age of 65.Description
