Mágicia
The hubbub of the city was enchanting. Round one corner, travelling merchants eager to sell their goods. Round another, school goers talking in rapid, fluent Ligero. Round the last, a shady, suspicious looking man who says he's got 'somefin good'. Mágicia was amazing. The city of the Elves.
Demographics
In the centre of the city, lives the high ranking elves and magi of Koboldia. Surrounding that, lies the posh estates of the richer elves. Next, live the middle class elves. Most schools and universities as well as high end retailers. On the outer edges live the poorer elves alongside the markets and docks.
Government
The High Elf runs the country through four Head Elves - one for each quadrant.
Defences
Four main outposts surround the city and many more mage towers lie within. Guards protect the entrances and exits including ports and landing sites as well as patrol the city to keep it safe.
Industry & Trade
Most inhabitants are involved in trade and few are unemployed. Many are hunters and foragers and help keep the food stocks so legendary. Imports include pure magic - collected from all around Koboldia and gold and silver - from the Tsvergan mines. Exports include all kinds of food in addition to weaponry and armour.
Infrastructure
Densely packed building and roads crammed with carts and hexequines greet you as you enter Mágicia. There is a ship yard to the south that connects to the large inland lake and a cloudbird station to the north.
Assets
Mágicia contains the largest supply of food in the whole of Koboldia. It includes all times of fish, cattle, eggs and milk as well as bread and grains all preserved indefinitely using song magic.
Guilds and Factions
As the capital of Koboldia, Mágicia is driven by the opinions of the country. Most inhabitants are liberal, accepting elves though most despise the dastardly dark elves.
History
Mágicia was completed in the year 102 as a large city for the elves who lived in Koboldia (at that time Mundomirum).
Architecture
The ornate and elaborate building often accented with blue and purple are spectacular. Many buildings float above others to stop the need for complex supports and strong, rare metals.
Geography
The terrain is fairly flat and is landlocked apart from canals that run to and from the city.
Natural Resources
As the city is mainly residential and partly commercial, the industry is limited and most natural resources are imported.
