A sorcerer practicing the art of Illusion, who once swore fealty to House Telvanni of the Kingdom of Myrtana. While the Chantry of Fire was not happy with his protectorate from house Telvanni, Artego sought to settle near the borders of the Chantry's influences. He is rumored to have ventured to the town of Whitesaddle.
