Basilisk

These large lizards are renowned for their paralyzing sight abilities. Basilisks are a rare sight above ground and even below they are rarely sighted. A basilisk can do very long without food, abolishing their need to hunt frequently. Basilisks are hunted for their eyes and spikes as alchemical ingredients and for their skin to craft leather.
