Dwarves

Dwarves can be described as somewhat smaller humans with lots of facial hair. Dwarves are often found underground, as is the case for the dwarves of the Kingdom of Orzammar or the Kingdom of Mazaar. Nevertheless, a large portion of surface-dwellers exists in the lands of the The Night's Watch (originating from the sacking of Mazaar by the Girger). Dwarves generally are artisan's, often aligning themselves to Tethras. Furthermore, dwarven society rarely sees mages apart from so-called Geomancers: those that can alter terrain and the like for the dwarven bidding. Apart from this, the dwarves of Mazaar were known to craft entire armies of constructs to do their bidding, often being powered by magical gems.

Character creation

The standard features listed for dwarves apply in Mundus, with an addition to the dwarven resilience feat: "Resilience to Lyrium craze".
