Legendary Requires Attunement

The legendary Eye of Innos, is bestowed by Innos to his most faithful followers. It is the counter piece to Beliar's Claw. The amulet was designed to counter the Lord of Night of Beliar and is therefore a powerful dragon slaying amulet.

Upon attunement, the wearer gains a +1 to his AC. The Eye of Innos holds one charge, which can be regained upon charging it with a Dragon Heart (Alchemist Tool's Check (Arcana), DC 15). The Eye's charge can be used when approaching a dragon and has the following effect.

• For 10 minutes you gain Resistance to the dragon's damage type.


• For 2 minutes you are fluent in Draconic, and the dragon is forced to converse with you. In addition, it must answer your questions truthfully, receiving 8d6 radiant damage upon lying. The dragon may answer your questions vaguely. This effect is ended upon damaging the dragon, or after the 2 minute duration is expended.

In addition, a charge can be expended to gain immunity to thunder damage for 10 minutes, to counter the Claw of Beliar.
