Molag Bal

Prince of Domination, father of vampires, Molag Bal wishes to enslave all mortals. It is no surprise he found the art of Necromancy, to mock mortals into servitude even after their passing. Many necromancers seek his powers, little of them with success. Those that do obtain his blessings are among the most powerful and feared necromancers.

Cold Harbour

Molag Bal's plane of oblivion is known as 'Cold Harbour', an awfully cold and dreaded place full of mortal slaves. Many species of Daedra inhabit this plane, among them the following:

During the passing of Cold Harbour, the powers of Necromancers are vastly increased.
